Love Your Body by Jessica Sanders is all about Self-Care and Self-Love. Many of us have lower self-esteem from inside and outside. Everyone is unique but we all sometimes think to look like others. Some are lean, some are chubby, some are short, some are very tall. Everyone will not be the same from inside and outside. We should love ourselves for what we are.
The author gives a lot of ideas to love oneself and to have more time with the body and soul to appreciate what we are doing with it. There are a lot of illustrations makes us understand how each should love themselves.
This is a small book with 21 pages under children genre but I think everyone should read it. This will give everyone a good feel because at some point of time in life we may low self-esteem thinking we are not good from inside and outside.
